Genfrid.com is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, you can return the product to us within 7 days from the delivery date with the original packing.
Terms & Conditions
All returns/refunds for damage, defect, quantity mismatch or description mismatch are eligible but must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product should be tried one time and not used on a regular basis.
Supporting proof (photos/video) of any issue is mandatory to make a decision.
All replacements/refunds will be processed only after the product is received back and quality check is cleared.
Any product showing improper use, improper handling, or physical damage — including damaged/torn packaging, missing manuals, parts or accessories — will not be replaced or refunded.
Returns where customers simply don't want the product (description was correct) will not be entertained.
In case of an empty box or missing item, the complaint must be registered within 24 hours of delivery, else Genfrid reserves the right to reject the complaint.
Return Process
Step 1 — Raise a RequestGo to My Account → My Orders → Request Return, or contact our support within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2 — ApprovalOur team will review your request. We may ask for photos or video as supporting proof.
Step 3 — PickupWe arrange a reverse pickup from your address once the return is approved.
Step 4 — Quality CheckOnce received, we perform a quality check within 1–2 business days.
Step 5 — RefundRefunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
