• Delivery time is estimated. Actual delivery depends on availability, address, and courier conditions.
• Each order ships only to a single destination address. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
• We have partnered with top courier and logistics partners to ensure on-time, safe delivery.

Product Showing Delivered but Not Received?

Please check with your neighbours, security guard, or other people at your address. If they haven't received it either, report the complaint at support@genfrid.com or call +91 9990159837 immediately.

As per courier policy, investigation takes 7–14 business days. We will not accept complaints received after 7 days of delivery as per courier policy.
